Easy Returns

At Minnimal, your satisfaction comes first. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care items, opened packaging). Such items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
